Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Aamla ko dhoke saaf karo aur uboil lo.
  2. Uble hue Aamla ko thanda karke tukde kar lo.
  3. Rai, Methi Dana aur Saunf ko bhun kar powder bana lo.
  4. Tel ko garam karke usme Rai aur Hing daalo.
  5. Uble hue Aamla daal kar 5 minute tak pakao.
  6. Haldi, Namak, Lal Mirch Powder aur banaya hua masala powder mix karo.
  7. Mishran ko thanda karke jar mein bharo.
  8. 2-3 din ke baad achaar ready hai.
