For Marinade:
Chicken ko ek mixing bowl mein daal kar, marinade ke liye dahi, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, tel, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
Chicken ko marinade mein acche se coat karein aur use kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye refrigerate kar dein.
Gas par ek pan ya kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usme makhan daal kar melt karein.
Ab pyaaz daal kar use golden brown hone tak saute karein.
Adrak-lassan ka paste daal kar use bhunein jab tak raw smell na chala jaye.
Tamatar ki puree daal kar use naram hone tak pakayein.
Ab lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhania powder, garam masala, aur namak daal kar masalon ko acche se mix karein.
Pakayein masalon ko 2-3 minutes tak, taki woh acche se combine ho jayein.
Refrigerated chicken ko nikal kar usme se excess marinade nikal lein.
Chicken ko pan mein daal kar acche se mix karein.
Chicken ko medium flame par pakayein jab tak woh cooked ho jaye aur makhan tel chhod de.
Ab kasuri methi, malai, aur 1 tablespoon chopped hara dhania daal kar mix karein.
Butter Chicken ko serve karne ke liye chawal, naan, ya paratha ke saath serve karein.
