  • 1 cup sabudana (sago pearls), 4-5 ghante ya raat bhar bhigoye hue
  • 1/2 cup samak rice ka atta (barnyard millet flour)
  • 2 medium aloo (boiled aur mashed)
  • 2 hari mirch (bareek kati hui)
  • 1 inch adrak (grated)
  • 1 tsp jeera powder (roasted cumin powder)
  • Sendha namak (swaad anusaar)
  • 2-3 tbsp hara dhaniya (chopped)
  • Pani (batter banane ke liye)
  • Tel ya ghee (dosa banane ke liye)

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Bheega hua sabudana pani se nikal kar achhe se drain kar lein. Ek bade bowl mein sabudana aur samak rice ka atta mix karein.
  2. Ab ismein mashed aloo, hari mirch, grated adrak, jeera powder, aur sendha namak daal dein. Sabhi cheezon ko achhe se mix karein.
  3. Thoda-thoda pani daalte hue ek smooth aur flowing batter bana lein, jaisa dosa ke liye hota hai. Batter mein hara dhaniya mix karein aur 10-15 minute ke liye rest karne dein.
  4. Ek non-stick tawa garam karein aur uspar thoda tel ya ghee laga kar grease karein.
  5. Medium flame par, ek ladle batter tawa par daalein aur gol ghumate hue patla dosa faila lein.
  6. Dosa ke kinaron par thoda tel ya ghee daalein aur use medium heat par golden brown aur crispy hone tak pakayein.
  7. Jab dosa ek taraf se pak jaye aur crispy ho jaye, toh use palat kar doosri taraf se halka sa pakayein. Zyada der tak pakane ki zaroorat nahi hai.
  8. Garama garam Farali Sabudana Dosa ko farali chutney ya dahi ke saath serve karein.
