Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Moong dal ko bhigo kar pees lo.
  2. Pisi hui dal mein chawal ka atta, dahi, cabbage, hari mirch aur namak mila lo.
  3. Zarurat ke mutabik paani daal kar batter bana lo.
  4. Batter ko 15 minute ke liye dhak kar rakh do.
  5. Appe pan mein tail lagao aur medium flame par batter daal kar appe banao.
  6. Dono side golden hone tak sek lo.
  7. Garam-garam chutney ke saath serve karo.
