For Tandoori Cooking:
Ek mixing bowl mein dahi, adrak-lassan ka paste, besan, tandoori masala, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhania powder, garam masala, lemon juice, tel, aur namak ko acche se mix karein.
Paneer ke cubes ko is marinade mein daal kar acche se coat karein. Paneer ko 30 minutes se jyada ke liye marinade mein rakh dein taki flavors acche se absorb ho jayein.
Ek skewer par alternate layers mein paneer, pyaaz, shimla mirch, aur tamatar ke rings daal kar tikka bana lein.
Tandoori Cooking ke liye, ek pan mein tel, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, aur garam masala daal kar mix karein.
Paneer tikka skewers ko tandoori marinade se achhe se coat karein.
Gas par tawa preheat karein aur us par thoda tel garam karein.
Skewers ko tawa par rakh kar medium flame par dono taraf se cook karein jab tak paneer tikka acche se cooked aur golden brown na ho jayein.
Paneer Tikka taiyar hai! Use hara dhania se sajayein aur lemon wedges ke saath serve karein.
