Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ragi flour, besan aur dahi ko ek bowl mein mix karo.
  2. Chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chili aur namak daalo.
  3. Lal mirch powder aur haldi powder mix karo. Zarurat ke hisaab se paani daal kar medium-thick batter banao.
  4. Pan ko heat karo aur thoda oil lagao. Batter daal kar cheela banao.
  5. Dono sides golden brown hone tak cook karo.
  6. Ragi Cheela tayar hai. Isse chutney ya dahi ke saath serve karo.
