Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ragi atta, chawal atta aur dahi ko mix karke ek batter bana lo.
  2. Batter ko 2-3 ghante ke liye bhigo kar rakho.
  3. Batter me pyaz, hari mirch, dhaniya aur namak mila lo.
  4. Tawa par thoda tel lagao aur medium flame par batter daal ke uttapam ka shape banao.
  5. Dono side ache se sekho.
  6. Garama-garam chutney ke saath serve karo.
