  • 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup pani (water), ya zarurat ke hisaab se
  • 1 chhota pyaz, baarik kata hua
  • 1/2 shimla mirch, baarik kati hui
  • 1/4 cup gajar, kaddukas ki hui
  • 1 hari mirch, baarik kati hui
  • 1 inch adrak, kaddukas kiya hua
  • 2 bade chamach hara dhaniya, baarik kata hua
  • 1 chammach namak (swaad anusaar)
  • 1/2 chammach lal mirch powder
  • 2 bade chamach tel (cheela banane ke liye)

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ek bade bowl mein sooji aur dahi ko mix karein.
  2. Dheere-dheere pani daalte hue ek smooth batter banayein. Batter bohot gaadha ya bohot patla nahi hona chahiye.
  3. Ab ismein baarik kata pyaz, shimla mirch, kaddukas ki hui gajar, hari mirch, adrak, hara dhaniya, namak aur lal mirch powder daal kar achhe se mix karein.
  4. Batter ko 15-20 minute ke liye dhak kar rakh dein, taaki sooji achhe se phool jaaye.
  5. Ek non-stick tawa garam karein aur uspar thoda tel lagayein.
  6. Ek karchi batter tawa par daalein aur dheere se gol aakaar mein failayein.
  7. Madhyam aanch par ek taraf se golden brown hone tak pakaayein. Kinaro par thoda tel daalein.
  8. Jab ek taraf se pak jaaye toh palat kar doosri taraf se bhi sunhara hone tak sekein.
  9. Garama garam Sooji Vegetable Cheela hari chutney ya apni pasand ki chatni ke saath serve karein.
